Ship your device
Pack it securely with padding, include your name, phone number, email and a note describing the problem. Back up your data first if you can.
We repair it
Most repairs are completed within 1–48 hours of arrival. We’ll confirm the final quote with you before any work begins.
We ship it back
Your device returns fixed, with a 60-day warranty on parts and labor.
Good to know
- 60-day warranty on all mail-in repairs, parts and labor.
- Motherboard-level, data recovery, or previously-attempted repairs may need extra diagnostic work — we’ll tell you upfront if yours does.
- Devices unclaimed after 60 days may be recycled — so keep in touch.
- You’re responsible for shipping both ways; we recommend tracked, insured shipping.
