These terms cover repairs and services from Smili Phone Repair, 1882 W El Norte Parkway, Suite B16, Escondido, CA 92026. By using our services, you agree to them.

Quotes are free and given upfront before any work begins. We don't start a repair until you've approved the price. Quotes may change if we discover additional damage during diagnosis — we'll always tell you first and get your approval before proceeding.

Many common repairs are completed the same day, often in under two hours; some tablet, laptop, and complex repairs take 48–72 hours. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees — we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

Most repairs carry a limited warranty covering the parts we installed and the work we performed. It doesn't cover new damage, liquid damage after the repair, or issues unrelated to the original fix. Mail-in repairs carry a 60-day warranty, subject to exclusions we'll explain with your quote. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back — our satisfaction guarantee means we'd rather make it right.

Please back up your device before bringing it in. While we take care with every device, we aren't responsible for data loss. Repairs sometimes require a reset, and we'll warn you before doing anything that erases data.

You're responsible for shipping your device to us safely — we recommend tracked, insured shipping. Return shipping arrangements are confirmed with your quote. Devices unclaimed after 60 days may be recycled.

Promotional codes are subject to availability, may expire, and can't be combined unless stated. One coupon per visit.

Our liability for any repair is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We're a local repair shop, not an insurer — for high-value data, please keep backups.
