Software only: these plans cover software services — not hardware repairs like cracked screens or battery replacements. Those are handled by our repair services, with free quotes as always. Loss, theft and intentional damage aren’t covered.

Software plan questions
What counts as a software service?
Anything in the covered list above — virus removal, tune-ups, OS reinstalls, backup help, device setup and troubleshooting. Each visit for one of these uses one of your plan’s yearly services.
Does the plan cover cracked screens or battery replacement?
No — this plan is software-only. Hardware repairs like screens, batteries and charging ports are separate services. The good news: you still get our free quotes and usually same-day repairs.
How much does a plan cost?

Do I need an appointment to use my plan?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome — bring your device to our Escondido shop anytime we’re open and we’ll take care of it.
