Simple fixes like virus removal and tune-ups are often done quickly; hardware upgrades and trickier problems take longer. Either way, your free quote always includes an honest time estimate, and every repair is tested before it leaves the counter — backed by our limited warranty on most repairs.
How long will my computer repair take?

Should I just buy a new computer instead?

No — walk-ins are welcome anytime we’re open: Monday–Friday 10 AM–6 PM, Saturday 10 AM–12 PM. If you’d rather plan ahead, call and we’ll set a time.
