Smili Phone Repair ("we," "us") operates this website from our shop at 1882 W El Norte Parkway, Suite B16, Escondido, CA 92026. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

When you contact us. If you call, text, email, or use our quote assistant, you share things like your name, phone number, email address, device type, and what's wrong with it. That's so we can give you a quote and arrange your repair — nothing more.

When you visit the shop. For a repair, we may record your contact details and device information on your work order so we can reach you when it's ready.

Website basics. Like nearly every website, ours may log anonymous technical details (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site fast and working. We don't run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

We use your information to respond to you, provide quotes and repairs, and contact you about your device. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't send marketing texts or emails you didn't ask for.

We know your phone holds your life. Our technicians access only what's needed to complete your repair, and we recommend backing up your data before any service. For data-recovery work handled with our partner Flashback Data, their own privacy practices apply to that service.
